Oregon Ducks Pitcher Samaria Diaz

Samaria Diaz has proven time and time again that she has what it takes to compete at the highest level. After recording 228 strikeouts in 2019 with the NM State Aggies, she made the decision to pursue her Master's Degree at the University of Oregon and play for the Ducks. She tells us what it was like to enter the transfer portal and live in Eugene. She also gives us insight on how she felt to go 8-0 for the Ducks and receive All-American honors! NFL Prospect Edward Nelson

Laying the foundation for success isn't easily done. Edward Nelson has found a way to do it both athletically and academically as he looks forward to the 2020 NFL Draft. Nelson was awarded a full-ride scholarship by Bill Gates for the entirety of his college education and named captain of the football team at Morehouse College. Now, stuck in an odd quarantine phase, he has buckled down to focus on what's to come and adjust for anything that comes his way.
